Interior painting in Living Room, Dining Room and upper and lower stairways were completed in the MOST professional manner by Al and Josh! These fellows transform painting into an artform! Very careful in every aspect of the completion of the work!! Adam & Nathan obviously hire the most talented people and the end result shows their abilities WELL!! Plan to have more interior work done that we were planning to do ourselves... but, we cannot match the work of Al & Josh and Macataw Painting!! BRAVO!! WELL DONE!!
We first discovered Macatawa Painting through a Facebook ad—which I typically scroll past—but we happened to be in search of a reputable painting company, and we’re so glad we came across them. From the very first visit to the completion of the project, the entire experience was exceptional. Nathan came out promptly to provide a quote, and Adam followed up to confirm our paint colors and the crew’s timeline. Everything was clearly communicated, and once the dates were set, the project was quickly in motion. On the day work began, Adam arrived early to ensure everything was ready, and shortly after, Josh and Al arrived to begin the job. From the start, it was clear that Josh and Al make a fantastic team. Their professionalism, experience, and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. They were also incredibly kind, respectful, and considerate of our family, our home, and even our senior cat. Josh and Al painted the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallways, foyer, doors, ceiling, and the walkway to the basement. Despite a couple of color changes along the way, they handled everything with ease, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Their workmanship was precise and meticulous, and they took great care in every step. When the project was complete, they left our home spotless—cleaning each area they worked in thoroughly. Josh and Al truly went above and beyond, and it was a pleasure having them in our home. We would highly recommend Macatawa Painting to anyone in need of painting services. We had textured high ceilings in our living room, bedroom and stairway painted, posts in our entry way along with textured ceilings in that entry way and hallway. And an exterior door. All this in two days. They moved most of the furniture, patched holes and blemishes and moved it all back and cleaned up before leaving. Chad and Alice did a fantastic job and were very pleasant. They kept everything covered (counter tops, cabinets, furniture and carpets). We'll have them back to do our walls soon.
We had the entire exterior of our home painted. I could not believe the detail and quality of work that Chad, Alice, and Mike presented. They are awesome! It looks beautiful.
Nate and his team were great. Very fast to respond to my initial inquiry and provide me a quote. Work was started a head of schedule and completed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to all my communication and always kept me in the loop on the status of the project . Finished project looks great!

Macatawa Painting came to my rescue when I decided to have my living and dining rooms painted before moving in. They were able to fit me in on very short notice. Painters Mike and Alison were very focused and precise and left my home neat and clean. Nathan and Adam checked on the progress regularly. I’m thrilled with the results!
